Founded in 2014 as a SF-LBE (MBE/Latino), R&S started as a General Contractor (A and B licenses) but has quickly morphed into a full-service firm specializing in medium to large-scale concrete construction projects, including Streetscape Renovations, Parks and Public Space Improvements, and Water and Wastewater Infrastructure.
R&S, based in San Francisco Bayview District, is committed to servicing the city’s rapidly aging and expanding infrastructure initiatives and streetscape systems. The firm’s owner, Matthew Ramirez, has over 20 years of project and construction management on large scale and complex public infrastructure projects.
